| you should open a complaints section about the opers or the chanops of the main channels like #euIRC so that people can solve their problems. |

I think there's no need for such things, as there are channels like #help or #hilfe or even #opers where ppl get help if there were problems in or with euIRC. Also you can solve such things via pm (query) or notice or whatever. Additional, if ppl really want to complain, they can easily do that here or in one of the earlier named channels. If you don't want to do that in the board or via notice/pm, you can send a mail to opers@euirc.net whenever you want. _________________ Regards,

You can also visit #euirc, #hilfe or #help, if you need help.

The appropriate place at the board would be the feedback-section.
As Ratiosu pointed out there are many other ways of complaining about unreasonable and/or abusing staff. One of them is mailing the opers-mailing-list opers@euirc.net so staff in charge can handle complaints.
The initiating questions (where to complain on the board?) has been answered. You said you already sent an email to the ml, therefore i am closing this thread as it is not necessary to solve your complain. _________________ Helpop im euIRC |
